I’m always looking for an easy recipe for dip to take to a Holiday Party. Something simple that I can whip up in the morning and grab from the fridge before I walk out the door. This is the festive dip that I’ll be making this year!
It uses only a few simple ingredients and you can mix it up in just a few minutes. This Snowman Dessert Dip looks so cute on a table and my own kids get such a kick out of it. You could also make it for a Frozen themed birthday party and call it Melted Olaf.

What would you use for the orange caney? Crushed lifesavere, orange slices???
I used candy corn but if you can’t find them you could try orange slices or maybe orange tic tacs.
Love this
What would you use to dip in it? Graham crackers or what other suggestions do you have?
I use graham crackers, animal cookies, pretzels and sometimes even apple slices. Really, whatever you have on had is fine.
What a fun idea, so cute!
What size container of cool whip? and can I use christmas m&m’s instead of candy corn?
The only downside to the Christmas M&Ms is that the wetness of the cool whip will make them run so the dip won’t stay white. And the cool whip is just the regular size container.
Can i ask what a cool whip is i love this idea
Cool Whip is frozen whipping cream. Unfortunately it seems to just be an American thing. But you could google for a replacement wherever you are.
I just made this recipe for a birthday winterland party.it was delicious, my only input would to put the pretzels on the side because they get soggy if left in the dip.otherwise amazing and delicious. Thank you and enjoy the New year. 🙂
