Ingredients
- ⅔ C. Dried, Minced Onion
- 3 tsp. Dried Parsley
- 2 tsp. Turmeric
- 2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Celery Salt
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- ½ tsp. Pepper
Instructions
- Mix well and store in an airtight container for several months. Use ¼ cup of seasoning in place of one onion soup mix packet.
- To make Onion Dip:
- Mix ¼ cup onion soup mix with 16 oz. of sour cream

Now I can make all my recipes that call for packaged onion soup mix. GLUTEN FREE!!!!
I would addbeef buollion granules and omit salt and test it. My husband likes the beefy taste. Gonna try it as is first.
This is awesome when put in your slow cooker with water and a roast beef. Flavours the roast and makes amazing gravy. Thanks soooooo much for posting this recipe as we are allergic to bought varieties.

I mix a couple of tablespoons along with olive oil into ground turkey meat. Then grill for great turkey burgers!
