Sometimes getting your kids to drink milk is tough! With this simple 3 ingredient Homemade Nesquik they’ll be asking for more! Plus, unlike the store bought kind you know exactly what’s in it. You can use ordinary cocoa powder like Hershey’s but if you really want to kick it up a notch and make it decadent, use Scharffen Berger. Mmmm.
While it’s great in milk, try a tablespoon in your coffee for a Café Mocha twist. You can also make chocolate whipped cream by adding 3 tablespoons for every 1 cup of whipping cream. I also have made this Nesquik chocolate frosting in the past and it’s easy and yum!

- ⅔ C. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 16 oz. container such as a pint jar
- Mix well and store in an airtight container.
