Homemade Blueberry Syrup
  • 1 pint of fresh blueberries
  • ½ C. sugar
  • 1 tbs. cornstarch
  • ⅓ C. water
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium size saucepan and simmer on low/medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Once the syrup is done, remove from heat and let cool
  3. Pour into an airtight container (mason jars work great) and store in the fridge up 1 week.
  1. The longer you cook, the more the blueberries will melt down. If you prefer chunkier syrup, remove from heat around 15 minutes.
  2. If you prefer to cook your blueberries down more, simply cook for a longer period of time.
