7 Layer Dip with a Kick
  • 16 oz can of Bush's Cocina Latina Frijoles Charros Machacados
  • 8-10 oz guacamole
  • ½ C. sour cream
  • ½ C. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1-2 tbs. taco seasoning
  • 10 oz pico de galo
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8-10 oz shredded lettuce
  • *Optional add-ons: red onion, green onion, black olives, cilantro
  1. Grab a 8x8 baking dish and spread the Bush's Latina refried beans on the bottom (see photo).
  2. Add the layer of guacamole
  3. Combine the ½ cup of sour cream and ½ C. softened cream cheese and add 1-2 tbs of taco seasoning (add more to taste if needed). Spread the mixture over the top of the guacamole mixture.
  4. Add a layer of pico de galo.
  5. Add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Lastly, add the shredded lettuce on top.
  7. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate until ready to serve.
