French Toast Bites
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ tbsp butter
  • ⅛ cup milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ cup white sugar
  • 3 thick slices of white bread
  1. In a bowl whisk the egg, butter, and milk. Set aside.
  2. Cut the bread in small cubes.
  3. On a separate bowl mix the cinnamon and the sugar.
  4. Dip each cube in the egg mixture and move to a hot skillet or pan.
  5. Cook them evenly until all sides turn brown (around 2 minutes).
  6. Once cooked, add the cubes to the second bowl and cover them the cinnamon sugar mix.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
