RECIPE: Homemade Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients
  • 1-14.5 oz. can of Pumpkin
  • ¼ C. + 2 Tbs Apple Cider
  • ¾ C. Sugar
  • 1 tbs. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan combine all the ingredients.
  2. Slowly bringing to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
  4. The sauce will thicken as it cooks.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month.
  6. Makes approx 1 Pint-Size Jar
