Creamy Lemon Yogurt Salad Dressing

This healthy dressing starts with a Greek Yogurt base and kicks it up with Lemon and Thyme. The result is a creamy lemon yogurt salad dressing you’ll be drizzling on everything!

Creamy Lemon Yogurt Salad Dressing

This Creamy Lemon Yogurt Salad Dressing is sure to be one of your favorite new recipes. The dressing starts with Greek yogurt and gets punched up with lemon and thyme. Drizzle this over slightly sweet pear, crisp onions and salty parmesan cheese tossed in crunchy cabbage. Top with cherry tomatoes and you’re ready to devour!

Or serve it over a Greek Salad. Start with a bed of Romaine and add Kalamata olives, cucumbers, chick peas, cherry tomatoes, avocado and top with some crumbled Feta cheese.  There are so many fun combinations to try, you’ll never get tired of this dressing. I often just grab a bag of salad from the store, toss in some veggies, add a little dressing and call it lunch.

If the dressing is a little too sour for your liking add 1 tbsp. of sugar. Or if you like a little more spice add an extra pinch of black pepper. If you like vinegar based dressings, you can also add 2 tsp of red wine vinegar. But however you tweak it, the lemon and thyme are the real stars here.

I like to store mine in a swing top glass bottle, like this one. It’s perfect for pouring plus having the secure top makes it easy to give a little shake if it’s been sitting a while.

Delicious! I highly recommend fresh vs. poweder garlic. It’s also good as a sauce for chicken and fish.
