I just love lemon bars. That lovely tanginess perfectly complements the sweetness. The buttery crust just melts in your mouth. They are simple and light and the bright yellow color just screams Spring to me! I serve them at showers, barbecues. They are just the perfect treat for this time of year.

Classic Lemon Bars are so simple to make. They don’t require any complicated ingredients. You don’t have to worry about following a bunch of elaborate steps to make a beautiful dessert. The bright color of these lemon bars contrasted with a simple dusting of powdered sugar is what makes these beautiful.
